FROM JOINT CHALLENGES TO JOINT SOLUTIONS
University Hassan II of Casablanca, Morocco, 25-27 March 2026
The 1st CIVIS Forum provides a platform for showcasing cutting-edge research on key societal challenges, for developing new joint research projects as well as educational offers, and for engaging with societal stakeholders. It also seeks to deepen institutional ties of African and European CIVIS member institutions for long-term scientific exchange. The event is open for contributions from all 17 CIVIS member institutions in Africa and Europe: from early-career researchers, research support or administrative staff, university leaders and institutional partners. Contributors from outside the alliance are welcome, too. The University Hassan II of Casablanca, Morocco, will host this pioneering transcontinental event and thereby underscores its role as a regional hub for knowledge, innovation, and inclusive development.
